Robert Indiana: Hard Edge was planned in honor of the artist's 80th birthday. The exhibition surveyed Indiana's canonical metal sculpture and featured large-scale works, such as The Electric EAT, (1964–2007), LOVE (1966–2002), and ART (1972–2001), as well as the artist's autobiographical numbers series.
