Assemblage

Indiana's scultpure Cuba (1960–62) was included in Assemblage, a circulating exhibition organized by the Museum of Modern Art, New York. The show traveled from the Andrew Dickson White Museum of Art to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Montreal, March 7–28, 1963; the Hackley Art Gallery, Muskegon, Michigan, April 12–May 3, 1963; Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, May 10–31, 1963; the Isaac Delgado Museum of Art, New Orleans, September 1–22, 1963; the Tucson Art Center, Tucson, Arizona, October 2–23, 1963; Washington University, Saint Louis, November 4–25, 1963; San Francisco State College, San Francisco, January 16–February 6, 1964; the University of Oregon, Eugene, February 21–March 14, 1964; the University of South Florida, Tampa, May 7–28, 1964; and the Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit, June 12–July 3, 1964.
