Nieuwe Realisten

Indiana's The Melville Triptych (1962) was included in the exhibition Nieuwe Realisten, at the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag. The exhibition traveled to the Museum des 20. Jahrhunderts, Vienna, September 19–October 31, 1964, as Pop, etc.; to the Akademie der Künste, Berlin, November 20, 1964–January 3, 1965, as Neue Realisten und Pop Art; and to the Palais des Beaux-Arts, Brussels, February 5–March 1, 1965, as Pop Art, Nouveau Réalisme, Etc.
