Robert Indiana: Graphics was a full survey of Indiana’s graphics and posters. The accompanying catalogue, designed by William Katz and including commentary by Indiana, follows the design of the catalogue for Indiana's 1968 retrospective exhibition in Philadelphia, the paired catalogues thus documenting the artist’s oeuvre to date.
A modified version of the show, The Prints and Posters of Robert Indiana, opened at Colby College of Art in Waterville, Maine, on December 1, 1969, the first stop of a five-city tour in New England.
